Summerset Festival Ten Year Anniversary
In February 2018 we were engaged to put together an aerial extravaganza and roving program for the tenth anniversary of the City of Stirling’s Summerset Festival.
Quickly, we set to work and created a customised palette of soft colours to look like a sunset, to a classical score, culminating in harpist, Michelle Smith flown five meters in the air playing an electric harp for approximately one thousand locals at sunset in Scarborough beach Amphitheatre.
The night was magical.
The key goals for this project were to:
- engage local artists
- create spectacle suitable for the environment and the demographic of the audience and local stakeholders
- create a visually spectacular circus suitable to the space it was presented in
